Membership Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our membership and want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your HR Launcher Lab membership for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original membership purchase date
  • This guarantee applies only to your initial membership purchase, not to renewals
  • You must submit your request through our support system at hrlauncherlab.com/support or via email to support@hrlauncherlab.com

Fair Use Protection

Our refund policy includes fair use protection to prevent systematic downloading and abuse. A refund request may be denied if our records show:

  • Downloading of 20+ templates or resources within the 30-day period
  • Downloading of all or substantially all available premium toolkits
  • Systematic downloading of entire content categories
  • Evidence of copying, redistribution, or commercial use of downloaded materials
  • Previous refund requests for HR Launcher Lab products

We track downloads to protect the value of our membership for honest members while ensuring those who genuinely aren’t satisfied receive refunds.

What Happens After a Refund

If your refund is approved:

  • You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Your membership access will be immediately terminated
  • You will no longer have access to download templates, toolkits, or other member resources
  • Any previously downloaded materials must be deleted and may not be used

Membership Cancellations (After 30 Days)

If you wish to cancel your membership after the 30-day refund period:

  • You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date
  • Cancellations prevent future charges but do not generate refunds for the current membership period
  • You retain access to member resources through the end of your current paid membership term
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your membership year

How to Cancel

To cancel your membership and prevent renewal:

  1. Log into your account at hrlauncherlab.com/membership-account
  2. Navigate to “Membership” or “Billing” settings
  3. Select “Cancel Membership”
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

You can also request cancellation by contacting support@hrlauncherlab.com. Please include your account email address and membership details.

Renewal Charges

Memberships automatically renew annually on your anniversary date unless cancelled before renewal. If you do not wish to renew:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged
  • Once a renewal payment processes, it is subject to the same 30-day refund policy as initial purchases
  • We send a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date

Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment processor without first contacting us:

  • We will respond to the dispute with our records, including download activity and account access logs
  • Chargebacks filed during the 30-day refund period will be contested if fair use limits were exceeded
  • Your membership and account access will be immediately suspended pending dispute resolution
  • Accounts with successful chargebacks will be permanently banned from future membership

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any billing concerns. We’re happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

Multiple Memberships and Business Accounts

  • Each membership covers one legal business entity
  • If you need to transfer a membership to a different entity, contact support before purchasing a new membership
  • Refunds are not provided for duplicate or overlapping memberships unless requested within 30 days of the duplicate purchase

Founding Member Pricing

Members who lock in founding member pricing retain that rate for life, even if they:

  • Request and receive a refund within 30 days
  • Cancel and later rejoin (founding pricing is no longer available to new/returning members after the initial founding period ends)

If you cancel a founding member account and later wish to rejoin, you will pay standard membership rates.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We evaluate each refund request individually. In rare cases involving:

  • Extended illness or hardship
  • Technical issues preventing membership use
  • Billing errors or processing mistakes

We may approve refunds outside of these standard terms. Contact support@hrlauncherlab.com to discuss your situation.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the membership after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
