How Support Credits Work
Each credit equals approximately 15 minutes of focused support time, delivered via email or live chat. Credits are charged based on the complexity and scope of your request:
1-Credit Questions (~15 minutes)
- Quick yes/no or clarification questions
- Brief reviews of single templates or documents (1-2 pages)
- Straightforward compliance questions with clear answers
- Simple vendor comparisons (2-3 options)
- Quick troubleshooting for specific HRIS or process issues
Examples:

2-Credit Questions (~30 minutes)
- Complex scenarios requiring analysis or multi-step guidance

- Strategy guidance for specific HR programs or decisions
